Key responsibilities
The ERP Manager is responsible for the successful management and execution of ERP software
implementation projects and other business projects. The ERP Manager will need to understand
business objectives and proactively manage all aspects of the project to meet or exceed the business
expectations
The ERP Manager will manage resource assignment and planning, scope, timeline, and budget,
developing and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with all project stakeholders.
ERP Management X3 exp is a must . Organise, create, execute and successful completion of projects,
acting as the primary point of contact for the client while managing
business expectations and satisfaction.
Provide project management and oversight to business
implementations including the development of project plans and
schedules, task management, resource planning, and
communication.
Oversee and manage the documentation of business requirements,
functional requirements/specifications, interface requirements, data
conversion requirements, and design documentation.
Manage the change management process of various projects across
the global organisation.
Apply ERP best practice and if needed to implement new business
process.
Facilitate project meetings and provide timely status updates to
management on the project status, including a budget, task
completion, timeline, potential risks, and scope.
Exercise risk and issue management by identifying potential
constraints based on activities and timeframes and lead an effort to
identify appropriate solutions to mitigate the impact on the project.
Participate in the development and continual improvement of
departmental standards, methodologies, procedures, and tools.
Assign/delegate work assignments to team members and monitor
project deliverables.
Motivate team and focus on quality, time, and scope.
Leadership/Resources
Management
Develop strong and effective working relationships with all other
departments to ensure efficient and effective processes.
Have clear and good communication with all departments.
Foster good teamwork.
Liaise with HR for new man power recruitment and/or replacement.
Training & Development Conduct training assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps
that need to be addressed.
Work in collaboration with Human Resources department to design
and develop training program either external or internal training.

Qualifications &
Certifications
The minimum formal academic education & certifications required for
appointment in the job. Include required subject area(s) of qualification
Bachelors degree in computer science, software or systems
engineering, accounting, business, or other technology-related field
preferred.
Experience The minimum period of relevant experience required for appointment in the
job. Include required level and area / industry / field of experience required
5+ years project management experience, with demonstrated ability
to effectively direct, coordinate, and follow up with team members to
ensure timely completion of project deliverables through all phases
of a project life cycle.
Ability to lead and motivate functional and technical teams.
Experience managing, supporting, developing, and/or analyzing ERP
or related applications
Knowledge of project management best practices and experience in
project management methodologies and application development
and deployment.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Skills & Attributes
