This position is to be a part of Process engineering - Harness & Panels and support the team for on time development of quality product.

Core Responsibilities & Duties

Ensure the execution of new products & FAI are inline to the customer requirements maintaining performance requirements for Quality, Delivery, and cost.

Stay abreast of new technology and initiate introduction of new tools, instruments, and process automation, which improves quality and productivity during development stage.

In-depth knowledge and experience in one or more process and provide training to the fellow technicians on the best practices that need to be followed.

Should be a highly disciplined, professional, quality conscious and motivated person who works in line with the Vision of the organisation.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and significantly complex projects with high level of autonomy and accountability for results.

Capturing of lessons learnt and utilizing it to avoid recurring issues.

Additional Information

Minimum educational qualification:

Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience or Engineering Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in harness manufacturing
Work experience:

Strong manufacturing engineering experience in wire harness / Panels assembly.
In-depth knowledge of aerospace standards, harness and panels manufacturing process.
Fair understanding of collaterals
Working knowledge of any of the 2D/3D CAD tools like AutoCAD, UG, NX, Catia etc will be added advantage.

Any other specific requirement:

Understanding of Lean manufacturing
IPC 620 certifies
Willingness to work with no boundaries (scope/time)
