Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and oversee our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects, optimizing engineering processes, mentoring teams, and ensuring the successful execution of technical solutions. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and expertise in engineering principles and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring project goals are met efficiently.
Oversee design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
Develop and implement engineering strategies, best practices, and technical standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, operations, quality control, procurement, etc.) to drive innovation and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Manage engineering budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks in engineering projects.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence.
Mentor and develop engineers, ensuring skill enhancement and career growth.
Stay updated with the latest engineering trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, or relevant field).
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management, and quality control processes.
Proficiency in engineering design software, CAD tools, and project management software.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or agile methodologies.
Certification in PMP, Six Sigma, or relevant engineering certifications.
Background in handling large-scale projects, automation, or digital transformation.
