Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Emergency Medical Officer (EMO) with at least 3 years of clinical experience in handling emergency and critical care patients. The EMO will be responsible for immediate medical attention, stabilization, and coordination of patient care in emergency and trauma situations. This role requires quick decision-making, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt medical care and initial evaluation for patients arriving at the emergency department.

Triage patients according to the severity of their condition and initiate appropriate treatment.

Manage acute medical emergencies, trauma cases, and life-threatening conditions.

Assist in resuscitation, intubation, and stabilization of critical patients.

Monitor patient progress and collaborate with specialists for further treatment or referral.

Maintain accurate documentation of clinical assessments, treatments, and procedures.

Coordinate with nursing and paramedical staff to ensure timely and efficient care.

Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control practices, and hospital policies.

Provide support during code blue and other emergency situations within the hospital.

Participate in continuous medical education and training programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: MBBS from a recognized institution; registration with Medical Council is mandatory.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Emergency / Casualty / ICU settings.

Certifications: BLS and ACLS (mandatory); ATLS preferred.

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
