Business Need/Purpose of the Role: Ensure assistance in all required maintenance operations on overall site
installation, from shift emergency fixing to preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities: (results this role is expected to accomplish)
 Perform assigned preventive and corrective asset care tasks, together with bringing expertise and hands-
on support to solve and prevent failures.
 Bring expertise to train and support shift maintenance technicians.
 Bring expertise in problem-solving and root cause analysis activity and collaborate in efficient preventive
and corrective actions performance,
 Help central Engineering department of Technical direction in local investments design, costing and
installation. Bring his technical expertise so to improve business development.
 Collaborate with E&I Supervisor to ensure spare parts supply and availability of required goods in
maintenance store at optimal costs.
 Warns for full conformity of E&I equipments with safety standards and calibration compliances, and
manage control program. Lead immediate corrective actions if non-conformities are detected.
 Is responsible for fire alarms & fire fighting systems.
 Define and assume due respect for procedures and work instructions defined in Quality Insurance Manual
concerning E&I dpt activities. Maintain documentation, standards and drawings.

 Agree on doing all other tasks that may be required for plant efficient operation

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation with proven knowledge in automatisms (Siemens S7 with Win CC supervision and Schneider Premium) / pyrometry / regulation / industrial networks (Ethernet, Profibus DP, TCP/IP).
• Technical knowledge at least equivalent to a 2-year technical degree (in electronics or regulation), which he obtained through specific training and work experience, with same compulsory competences as above.
• At least 4 years experience in Electrical and Instrumentation field in a continuous process industry. The pyrometry specialist ideally ha a glass manufacturing background.
• Ability to diagnose the source of the breakdown.
• Must have good English language communication skills, both verbal and written, together with training skills.
