To lead and supervise the electrical maintenance and repair of floating/heavy-duty cranes, managing technicians while remaining sufficiently hands-on to diagnose electrical/mechanical issues, guide troubleshooting and personally assist with technical resolution when required.

Essential:Currently working as an Electric Crane Maintenance Manager / Electrical Maintenance Manager / equivalent senior crane-maintenance leadership role.Minimum 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience in crane electrical maintenance.Must have started career in a hands-on technical role and progressed into management.Strong experience with electric cranes, preferably floating cranes or heavy-duty cranes.Proven ability to lead a team of technicians and direct troubleshooting and repair activities.Should be technically strong enough to personally diagnose problems, use tools when necessary and demonstrate/guide technicians on corrective actions.Experience in environments such as:o Ports o Shipyards / shipbuilding companies o Scrap yards o Marine/heavy engineering operations o Crane maintenance companies o Other heavy industrial crane operationsMust be willing to travel internationally when required to supervise or lead major crane repairs.Strong leadership combined with practical, hands-on technical capability.Important Candidate ProfileThe employer specifically wants someone who is currently

entirely on them for diagnosis/repair would not be suitable.TravelThe company operates cranes across India, Dubai and
Africa, including approximately 9 cranes currently operating in Africa.
The selected professional may be required to travel internationally to lead or
supervise major repair/maintenance activities. Additional compensation will
be provided for overseas travel.
