Key responsibilities
- Advice the Senior Management in all matters related to the company;
- Ensures the formulation and realization of organizational business strategies and plan;
- Control and monitor the company’s overall budget and finance in collaboration with the company’s departments (including but not limited to Engineering, Operations, HR, Contract Management, Finance, Procurement, Import /Export, Supplies, Equipment Maintenance & Sponsorship);
- Organize and monitor the working process in between the company’s departments;
- Monitor and follow-up the implementation and proper executions of Projects operation;
- Oversee human resources management processes of the organization;
- Ensure application of internal and regulatory compliance based on company rules and regulations;
- Produce comprehensive periodic reports as deemed necessary.
Desired candidate profile
15+ Years of experience in construction, with at least 5+ years in management.
Working with leading construction company and should have worked on mega construction projects of residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure.
