This role is responsible for the strategic leadership and execution of all Program and
construction projects in the Organization. The Director will oversee the planning, design,
budgeting, scheduling, and delivery of projects. He/she will ensure alignment with the
company’s strategic growth goals, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
 Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of all program and construction projects in the
company.
 Provide strategic oversight on construction management, ensuring quality, timelines, and
budgets are met.
 Oversee contract negotiations, tendering, and contractor performance management.
 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
 Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Sales/Marketing teams for holistic programme
execution.
 Ensure improvement on construction efficiency on all Projects through Improved value
engineering that will lead to cost saving and also compliance with projects set for the
year.
 Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders such as vendors, consultants,
contractors and regulatory agencies.
 Track project performance and report to executive leadership.
 Drive innovation in building methods, sustainability, and cost control.
 Ensure efficient design management and construction is consistent with JV partner
requirements.

SPECIFICATION
Criteria Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology,
or related field. Master's degree (MBA or Construction Management) is a
plus.

Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant construction certifications are desirable.
Experience 15+ years in construction/project management, with at least 8 years in

senior leadership roles.

budgeting, and regulatory requirements.

level reporting.

IT Proficiency Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
