We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operation to join our team, who
will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all projects (Planning & construction of
residential Eco cottages & holiday village, Establishment & planning of Pharmacy college,
100 bed super specialty hospital and ongoing school management under CBSE
curriculum) within the organization, as well as leading fundraising efforts to support those
projects. This individual will work closely with the executive director and other members of the
management team to ensure that the organization's goals and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
 Create and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and other activities to generate
revenue for the organisation from India as well as from abroad (for example Europe,
America, and Australia)
 Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation & development of all projects within the
organization, such as residential Eco cottages & holiday village, Pharmacy college,
100 bed super specialty hospital, and ongoing school management under CBSE
curriculum
 Develop and implement project plans and timelines to ensure that all projects are
completed on time and within budget
 Coordinate with staff and volunteers to ensure that all project tasks are assigned and
completed in a timely manner
 Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that project
goals are met
 Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet the organisation's financial goals
 Prepare and present proposals and presentations to secure funding from foundations,
corporations, and individuals
 Manage the organisation's donor database and ensure that all donations and pledges are
recorded and acknowledged in a timely manner
 Provide regular reports on project and fundraising progress to the Executive Director and
Board of Directors
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in a related field with MBA in any field.
 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as Director; Project Manager; Fundraising Manager
 Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with donors and partners
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and fundraising databases
 Passion for the mission and values of the organization
