The Director of Operations will be responsible for key operation functions of the Bank and will drive various projects/change initiatives to increase efficiency and align with the Bank’s business strategy. As the Director of Operations, you will:

Be responsible for the overall operations strategy of the Bank and align the needs of our customers with the long-term growth and business success of the Bank.
Review existing processes and implement key projects/change initiatives to increase efficiency and automation with regards to centralized processing, reconciliation, processing, international banking, cash management, record management, administration and card and merchant operations.
Work with the CEO, executive colleagues and other stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives to ensure cost-effective processes and reduce reliance on manual work
Contribute to the wider development and overall success of the Bank through proactively working with executive colleagues and other stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

Strong senior leadership experience, minimum 10 years. Prior experience in banking preferred.
Excellent planning, analytical and strategic thinking skills
Degree in Finance/Business Management or equivalent qualification preferred.
Proven ability to network internally and externally and to develop strong connections with key stakeholders
