Key responsibilities
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountant to assist the Director and act as a key leader in financial operations. This role will function as the second-in-command, playing a critical part in managing the company’s financial health and supporting strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end financial management and reporting
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and taxation laws
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Supervise accounting processes, audits, and internal controls
Provide financial insights to support business decision-making
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
Desired candidate profile
Requirements:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Strong experience in finance, accounts, and compliance
Proven leadership ability to independently manage finance functions
Willingness to relocate to Tanzania
Age below 44 years
