Responsibilities

1. Work hand in hand with agile coaches to streamline the development process CICD
2. Evaluate and recommend best practices, does POC and technical spikes
3. Establish the continuous integration and continuous delivery process CICD to streamline

software development

1. Establish Infrastructure standards and ensuring high availability
2. Prepare architectural design documentation and present to relevant teams
3. Identifying setbacks and shortcomings and recommend alternatives
4. Managing and reviewing technical operations and using relevant metrics to maintain

systems in perfect operations

1. Understand and apply security best practices such as OWASP
2. Puts in place best practices for test driven development
3. Can recommend and apply Infrastructure as Code
4. Guiding the development team in terms of best practice

Requirements

1. 10+ Years of experience

1. Extensive knowledge of architectures for DevOps and Development environment
2. Container management and deployment (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker and tools like chef,

puppet, ansible), Platform such as VMWare Tanzu, OpenShift

1. Hands-on experience building and operating continuous integration and development

pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Azure devops)

1. Cloud native implementation experience across multiple platforms (e.g. AWS, AZURE) and

languages (e.g. JAVA, .NET)

1. Experience with API gateways, load management, fail overs and micro-services
2. Authentication Authorization technologies (e.g. OAuth, SAML)
3. Enterprise continuous integration and layered testing principles
4. Experience in common scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell)
5. Version Control/Git/SVN/Bitbucket
6. Experience in Agile development methodologies
7. Previous experience working on a 24x7 cloud or SaaS operation team
8. Experience with infrastructure management and monitoring
9. Strong analytical skills
