Primary Responsibilities

· Evaluate credit/risk profiles, prepare and present credit proposals for renewals / restructuring;

· Pro-actively monitor the portfolio to ensure acceptable asset quality through delinquency report, upcoming maturity obligations report & early warning indicator Report;

· Engage at all levels with Risk, Compliance, Credit Administration, Operations, Treasury, Sharia & Legal teams for successful restructurings/litigations & provision reversals;

· Prepare & submit portfolio related MIS on routine basis;

· Periodically review established policies, operations work-flow & procedures & service level agreements & suggest need-based changes/updates;

· Identifying & working towards exit options;

· Recommending facilities / excesses to the appropriate authority /Management as per authority matrix for approval through defined channels.

· Ensuring timely completion of documentation and other formalities by the customers for securing the interest of the bank;

· Reviewing Annual Renewals/Quarterly Reviews/ Risk Ratings in a timely manner;

· Ensuring timely and accurate submission of MIS and follow-up reports and returns for the Management review and reports for regulatory agencies;

· Reviewing timely recovery of scheduled payments in the portfolio on due dates;

· Ensuring satisfactory CBO, Shariah and Internal Audit rating for Special Assets;

· Any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Economics.

Professional

Qualifications/

• Preference for CA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.
