Scope of position:
The Deputy of Mold head section is responsible for injection mould/tools making,
maintenance, repair, and mechanical function.
Responsibility:

 Follow and maintain all policies procedure work instructions and forms,
including mould work orders and preventive maintenance documents.
 Design, make, maintain, repair, polish molds, tools, and mechanical parts
 Operate and maintain CNC milling machines
 Utilize CAD/CAM software to design fixtures and program toolpaths
 Ensure moulds are in proper mechanical working order.
 Diagnose problem and determine corrective action.
 Examine moulding parts and mould to determine feasibility of modifications.
 Modify and/or adjust mould for processing engineering functionality
purpose.
 Welding, Polishing, Drilling, Grinding, Turning, machining and fitting.
 Electrical repair including hot runner manifold cables, limit switches etc.,
 Prepare Hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.
 Promote good employee relations and high morale
 Demonstrate teamwork and respect by working constructively with co-
workers to achieve the best results possible
 Follow all safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
 Supervision, qualification and training of local staff
 All other duties assigned by the supervisor or department manager

 Engineering in relevant field.
 Minimum 5 years injection mould building / mould repairing experience.
 Proficient with CAD/CAM software
 Detailed knowledge of Mould construction, Argon welding, Arc Welding,
Polishing, Grinding, Turning, Milling, any other metal working equipment,
Hot Runners Function as well as repairing including electrical part, Hydraulic
and pneumatic valve gate
 Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring/inspection tools
 General knowledge of plastic mold materials and processes
 General knowledge of plastic materials and processes
 Good Speak and write in English
