Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial performance, budgets, and internal audit compliance.

Implement controls to safeguard assets, revenues, and costs.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to optimize profitability.

Support daily hotel operations with direct involvement in decision-making.

Drive efficiency across Rooms, F&B, Banqueting, and other revenue centres.

Guide the F&B division on menu engineering, cost management, and guest experience.

Ensure brand standards, guest satisfaction, and service excellence.

Act as Acting GM in the absence of the General Manager.

Mentor department heads in financial and operational accountability.

Promote a culture of integrity, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

8–10 years’ progressive hotel management experience, with minimum 3 years in senior leadership.

Strong financial acumen, budgeting, cost control, and audit background.

Proven track record in Food & Beverage operations.

Hands-on knowledge of Micros (F&B POS), Sun Financials (Accounting), Opera PMS.

International hotel brand experience strongly preferred.

Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and team development skills.

High integrity, accountability, and results-driven mindset.
