We are looking for a motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team! As a
Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our service delivery team
delivers an exceptional customer experience that will result in increased business engagement and
customer satisfaction.
As Delivery Manager you will manage one or more agile projects, typically to deliver a specific
product or transformation via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled digital team. You’ll be adept at
delivering complex digital projects, breaking down barriers for your team and both planning at a
higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.
Defining project needs and feeding these into the program/portfolio process will enable resources to
be appropriately allocated. You will be core to decisions that build high-performing teams, where
people are excited about the work they are undertaking.
Responsibilities

• Defining and documenting project scope and resource requirements.
• Setting timelines for deliverables.
• Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members.
• Facilitating and leading daily ‘stand up’ meetings.
• Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creating a collaborative, innovative, and efficient working culture.
• Managing a cross-disciplinary team.
• Upholding morale and team performance in challenging circumstances.
• Encouraging regular iteration on deliverables.
• Ensuring the regular delivery of projects and products in accordance with Agile

methodologies.

• Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology,

learning & iterating frequently.

• Work with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for any given product and translate

this into user stories.

• Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be

done against the capacity and capability of the team.

• Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage

(alpha/beta/production).

• Actively participating in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and

knowledge, and bringing in best practices.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in IT.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
