Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Required experience in terms of
region/industry/business/function/role:
10 to 15 years’ experience in developing and managing digital
channels.
A senior-level software developer or programmer with strong and
successful technical lead experience
Experience in leading a team of developers.
Advanced level (knowledge and experience) of programming
languages and methodologies.
Advanced level of understanding of Java, JavaScript, HTML, etc

International certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2 or
equivalent) is a plus.

Technical Skill Set Required:   Proven track record in financial services with strong grasp of the
digital channels (Internet/Mobile Banking, Digital Wallet, B2B,
etc.).
 Understanding the Customer Experience design and user
experience principles
 Understanding the agile delivery principles and basic knowledge
about Scrum, experience using tools such as Sharepoint, Jira,
Confluence, etc.
 Hands-on experience in software development projects.
 Demonstrable and substantial experience in leading and
managing teams of software developers
 Strong understanding of the Agile software development cycle
 Familiar with more than one software development methodology
 An understanding of databases (including relational databases)
 Knowledge of web services and standards
 An understanding of the handling of large data sources
 Ability to envision and deliver software solutions that meet user
needs and/or solve business problems
 Able to design and architect technically sophisticated solutions to
meet challenging user requirements
 Ability to articulate and gain engagement for ideas to both
technical and non-technical audiences
