 Graduate/Post Graduate  Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience required  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Strong proposal writing and fundraising expertise  Knowledge of CSR regulations and compliance in India  Networking and relationship-building abilities  Strategic thinking with attention to detail  Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and LinkedIn  Experience in donor or stakeholder management  Ability to work independently and meet targets

Identify and secure grants and/or donations from funding organisations, government or non-government bodies, CSR wings of corporate firms, retail and individual donors.  Continuous lead generation through extensive research and networking.  Develop proposals, concept notes, presentations, and any other material required in securing the above grants.  Maintain fundraising database and other relevant databases of information relating to fundraising and communication.  Initiate and participate in meetings with relevant donor stakeholders and government/civil society stakeholders.  Develop and contribute towards strengthening the research base of the organisation, especially for any material required for donor proposals, such as theory of change, baseline/endline data collection and analysis, report writing and impact assessment.  Develop and execute the fundraising and public relations strategy, in discussion with the fundraising team and management. Identify and/or execute new fundraising and public relations events, initiatives, products.  Manage the preparation of presentations, annual reports, donor reports and overall impact reporting, Appreciation certificate, receipts and Utilization Certificates (UCs).  Identify new income streams and produce strategies to implement the initiatives, build new relationships with major corporates and brands, especially with CSR Heads for long-term support.  Manage donor and key partner relations and liaise with donors and partners.
