Key Responsibilities:  Plan, develop, and execute successful crowdfunding campaigns across multiple platforms  Create compelling campaign content, including stories, visuals, videos, and updates to engage potential donors.  Work with internal teams to identify fundraising needs and craft effective campaign narratives.  Promote campaigns through digital marketing strategies including email marketing, social media, and influencer engagement.  Track campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.  Build and maintain relationships with individual donors, supporters, and online communities.  Coordinate with design, media, and communication teams to ensure brand consistency across all campaign materials.  Engage and manage campaign ambassadors, volunteers, and influencers to amplify campaign reach.  Generate regular reports on campaign performance, donor behavior, and engagement trends.  Stay updated with industry trends and explore innovative crowdfunding tools and techniques.

Minimum 3- 5 years of relevant experience required  Proven experience in planning and executing successful crowdfunding campaigns  Strong storytelling and content creation abilities  Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategy  Familiarity with crowdfunding platforms  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Strong networking and relationship-building skills  Experience with donor engagement and retention strategies  Competence in data analysis and campaign performance tracking  Knowledge of email marketing tools  Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines  Creativity in campaign design and donor outreach  Experience in working with cross-functional teams  Understanding of budgeting and fundraising financials  Knowledge of CRM systems and donor databases  Passion for social impact and cause-driven work
