We are currently looking to hire a Country Sales Manager based in Zambia and would appreciate your assistance in finding a suitable candidate. Key Criteria: • Experience: Strong background in General Trade / Informal markets, (Would be ideal if worked somewhere in Africa). • Industry: FMCG sector, preferably with experience in multinational companies in this field. • Previous experience: Previous work experience working for Unilever or selling Unilever lines would be a Big Bonus as they would manage the Unilever product range. • Customer Base: Candidate should be comfortable working with clients of Indian/Pakistani origin. • Responsibilities: o Manage a team of Sales Representatives across Zambia. o Regular market visits across the country. o Reporting to myself (Business Head) and the Group Sales Director. • Skills Required: Strong analytical and computer skills – especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
