Country Manager will be responsible for managing all operations within the country. This
involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets.

• Manage every aspect of our newly expanding operation in-country
• Collaborate with local ecosystem to acquire all necessary resources and services
• Lead, plan and oversees the development and growth of profitable business, while cultivating

key relationships to support sustainable growth within the country

• Conducts in-depth market research to qualify developing business opportunities, leverages

industry contracts for strategic intelligence, and assesses the viability of potential future
proposal efforts, business partnerships opportunities.

• Strategizing and implementing the growth plans and programs of the company
• Contributes to the development of policies and procedures to enhance the company’s business

development practices

• Executing the business operations, processes, methods, procedures, and transactions of the

organization

• Administering and directing the operations building the ecosystem required
• Recruitment of Channel partners and acquiring new vendors
• Plan, lead and execute marketing and sales strategy for the organization
• Research and build relationships with customers, new vendors, channel partners development

and providing support that will improve the relationships on a long-term goal

• Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients to

enhance existing relationships

• Promote, monitor analyze and report on the effectiveness of the projects to meet strategic and

income generation objectives

• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop unique selling

propositions and differentiators.

• Monitor regular reports on key performance indicators and management processes within areas

of responsibility and take appropriate action to achieve improved service delivery and business
objectives

• Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development with internal &

external stake holders

• Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained, responsible for P/L
• Mentor direct reports, especially regarding our values and vision
• Contribute to the overall global success of our company

Legal and Ethic Compliance

• Lead and develop in implementing of policies and practices to ensure the organization adheres

to all international norms in compliance with the legal requirements of the country

• Liaise with external agencies and in-house teams to ensure support and deliverables for

activities are planned in and are completed creatively, achieve value for money and area of high
quality

Prerequisites

• Master's degree, MBA or other relevant fields, strongly preferred
• 15 years' or more experience in Management in an International business setting
• Significant experience in the Information Technology, Sales & Operations fields strongly

preferred

• Fluent in the language of the country
