Group Directors of company
Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for establishing a rapidly growing global brand in the region and leading new

business, establishing and expanding referral partnerships, establishing company India office.

• Collaborate with abc Regional Offices to develop and implement country-specific strategic

initiatives derived from the overall corporate strategy to excite existing as well as to win new
international and regional customers from competitive market players.

• Gather and understands insights of regional and local customers’ needs in their business

environment.

• Sustainably develops in close and regular coordination with the headquarters specific marketing,

sales and aftersales initiatives involving relevant stakeholders and suppliers.

• Build an Indian team with own specific expertise in AV System Integration incorporating workplace

technology to be recognized as a major player in the AV industry.

• Build up partnerships, networks and cooperation with customers, relevant associations, key

decisionmakers, and influencers.

• Take full order entry as well as profit and loss responsibility for the Annual budget.
• Coordinate closely with the Regional CFO, General Manager Operation and dedicated Middle

Management team to assure company objectives, based on various KPIs are met.

• Report and review current and forecasted business as well as the situation and trends of the related

business environment within an established reporting and management system.

• Control and oversee all business operations, people and ventures.
• Providing strategic advice to the Board of Directors with accurate views of the market and

company’s positioning

• Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate the organisation’s

achievement supported by cost -effective operations and market development activities.

• Establish company policies and legal guidelines and ensure compliance by all employees
• Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures

Country Manager needs to be able to deliver the highest standards of customer service. The ability to recruit staff and monitor performance. Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
