Position Overview

We seek a highly skilled and energetic English Trainer to confidently train Engineering students and enhance their workplace communication skills. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in English grammar and excel at activity-based, student-centric learning methodologies. This role primarily focuses on Engineering Colleges in the Nandyal region, with assignments in Hyderabad and Vijayawada based on institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver English communication training to Engineering college students.
• Teach core English grammar concepts with practical application in corporate and technical communication.
• Conduct activity-based learning sessions including:
• Role plays
• Group discussions
• Mock interviews
• Technical presentations
• Corporate simulations
• Customize training as per placement and industry-readiness requirements of engineering students.
• Assess student performance and maintain progress reports.
• Coordinate with college faculty, placement officers, and VAP EDUCON academic teams.

Mandatory Skills & RequirementsExcellent command over English Grammar (must-have skill).Strong ability to conduct activity-driven and experiential learning sessions.Experience in handling Engineering or Technical students is highly preferred.Confident classroom management and student engagement skills.Willingness to relocate or travel to Nandyal, Hyderabad, and Vijayawada as required.QualificationsBachelor's / Master's Degree in English, Communication, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.Minimum 2-4 years of training/teaching experience in college or corporate environments.Preferred Candidate ProfilePrior experience in:Corporate communication trainingEmployability skills trainingCampus placement trainingPassion for teaching and mentoring engineering students.Dynamic personality with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
