Key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Manage administrative and secretarial tasks for a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring efficient handling of correspondence, filings, and documentation.
Review and assess Customer Due Diligence (CDD) documents to verify compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Assist in company formation procedures, including preparing incorporation documents, resolutions, and statutory filings.
Maintain accurate records and databases of corporate documents, agreements, and regulatory filings.
Coordinate with clients, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities as necessary to facilitate corporate transactions and compliance matters.
Provide administrative support to senior management and executives, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends related to corporate governance and company secretary services.

Desired candidate profile

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial services, company formation, or registered agent services.
Proficiency in handling secretarial and administrative tasks within a corporate environment.
Familiarity with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes and regulatory requirements.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with corporate database management systems.
