Responsibilities

• Provide detail documentation for Network Team procedures and Knowledge Base including detail network topology
• Planning and Supporting Network Infrastructure by making configuration changes to Network devices like: Switches, Routers, VPN Concentrators.
• Perform troubleshooting analysis of Network Infrastructure
• Provide technical guidance to rest of Network team members for trouble ticket completion and infrastructure configuration. Documents network problems and resolution for future reference.
• Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations on improving Network Infrastructure. Guide and mentor the Networking staff in supporting and troubleshooting of DK network devices.
• Provide Inventory reports on Network devices.
• Recommending improvements to enhance technical capabilities of the system and reduce operating costs.
• Provide expertise in migrating the network to MPLS

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

• BSc/BEng Preferred, technical degree and/or equivalent experience
• 5+ years’ experience as a Network Engineer
• Certifications: minimum CCNP is preferred
• Expertise in technologies like: BGP Routing, Cisco Switches & Routers, Mikrotik routers, ISE, VPN, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, QoS, VoIP.
• Experience with Wireshark or any other sniffer software to troubleshoot network issues.
• Experience with Network administration and monitoring using tools like
• Very strong analytical abilities and professional office experience required.
• Familiarity with designing complex network architectures to meet specific customer needs.
• Clear track record of ability to manage and support enterprise level network infrastructures.
