The Role
Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director/CEO, the COO will provide enterprise-wide operational leadership, strengthen market positioning, and drive profitable growth across all business units. This role calls for a commercially astute, tech-savvy, and creatively inspired executive who can lead innovation while ensuring disciplined execution.

Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery and client retention

Lead the creation of insight-driven, tech-enabled brand experiences

Ideal Candidate Profile

15+ years of experience, including 5+ years at senior management/executive level

Background in advertising, marketing communications, consulting, or related industries

Strong understanding of African consumer behavior and market dynamics

Proven blend of creativity, commercial acumen, and digital transformation expertise

High emotional intelligence, strong leadership presence, and entrepreneurial mindset

Track record of scaling businesses, driving growth, and improving operational efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Postgraduate qualification preferred
