ensuring that terminal operations, supply chain, logistics, plant performance, and distribution
systems function efficiently and profitably.
This COO candidate will lead day-to-day regional operational excellence across multiple business
locations while driving execution, innovation, and sustainable performance. The ideal candidate will
be highly experienced in LPG, or industrial operations and will have a deep understanding of safety,
compliance, and productivity in high-volume environments.

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced COO to oversee and optimize our terminal operations, logistics, supply chain, plant performance, and distribution across multiple sites. The ideal candidate has deep LPG/industrial ops experience, a sharp execution mindset, and a focus on safety, compliance, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily ops across terminals, depots, logistics & bottling plants

Ensure safety, efficiency & service delivery across regions

Drive SOPs, KPIs & operational excellence

Align operations with financial & strategic goals

Champion HSE & regulatory compliance

Scale systems, teams & infrastructure sustainably

Mentor teams & foster a high-accountability culture

Who You Are:

15+ yrs in operations; 5+ yrs in senior/executive roles in LPG or downstream oil & gas

Degree in Engineering/Operations Mgmt (MBA preferred)

Strong in plant ops, HSE, supply chain, and asset mgmt

Proven leadership, execution, budgeting & scaling skills

Age: 35–50 years
