We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer with Minimum 20 years of experience in a two-Construction Company and has a minimum of
5 years’ experience as COO/GM/Head of Multiple projects in a company. and Who has Worked as a PM in one civil construction project
and successfully completed (Minimum).
Job Responsibilities
As the leader of all Project Managers have to ensure that the projects are being completed on the right time with profitability.
To do coordination, to guide, and to solve problems of a project by giving proper engineer solutions.
Work autonomously while ensuring CEO expectations are readily met and exceeded.
Strong budgeting sense & know how to maintain.
Having the Knowledge to adjust Time Schedule with the cost.
Proper Knowledge about resource planning & optimization (Manpower, Material & Equipment).
Looks for methods to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, or improve control measures.
Acts as a strategic partner on the leadership team and work closely with the team to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
Supervision of the Contract Management Department.
Look after the Inter Project Resource and Transfer.
Regulation of the Joint Venture Partner Management.
Overseeing the EHS, QA/QC, Project Risk Management, Document Control Management and Project Security.
Governance the Projects Control / Execution.
Supervision of the Equipment Management Division.

Professional Certification: PMP
