Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Medical Oncologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating cancer using chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other targeted therapies. They will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive cancer care and ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat various types of cancers using chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormonal therapy, and targeted therapy.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient history, staging, and overall health condition.
Collaborate with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and their families about treatment options, side effects, and disease management.
Participate in tumor board meetings and case discussions.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in oncology treatments and clinical trials.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:
MBBS & DM/DNB in Medical Oncology or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Oncologist.
Expertise in administering chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy.
Strong knowledge of cancer diagnostics, staging, and treatment protocols.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and patient management skills.
Valid medical license and board certification as per local regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in clinical research and participation in oncology trials.
Familiarity with advanced cancer treatment technologies and AI-assisted diagnostics.
Strong background in palliative and supportive cancer care.
