Key responsibilities
The Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities for real estate development projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Working closely with the Construction Manager and various trades, the Construction Supervisor will be the on-site leader, coordinating the day-to-day tasks of subcontractors, laborers, and vendors. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to supervising construction projects.
Desired candidate profile
3+ years of on-site supervisory experience in construction, preferably within the real estate industry.
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
