The primary duties and responsibilities of a Supervisor are as follows:

• Become thoroughly knowledgeable with project documents including plans and specifications • Coordinate and assist in ordering materials •Building a strong client relationship as well as maintaining a positive relationship with subcontractors, suppliers, and employees • Supervision of all employees on site • Attend planning and coordination meetings • Assist with preparation of submittals • Promote job site safety and a clean and productive work environment

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related discipline preferred
• Overseas work experience *ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT
• Experience on a Diplomatic or US Military post *ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil, building and fit out construction
• Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions • Must be dependable and trustworthy • Excellent time management • Ability to accurately keep records • Must be able to supervise a multi-discipline work site • Ability to work accurately to a high standard at all times • Ability to work under pressure in a highly productive and competitive environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and related spreadsheet and database software • Excellent written and verbal English language is a necessity.
