The primary duties and responsibilities of Supervisor are as follows: • Become thoroughly knowledgeable with project documents including plans and specifications • Monitor site safety and all PPE requirements for employees inc Covid-19 •Building a strong client relationship as well as maintaining a positive relationship with subcontractors, suppliers, and employees • Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents • Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes • Manage lift of all types of equipment and handle the efficient storage of all hazardous materials and perform quality audits as per required schedule • Develop a method statement for each activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project • Coordinate with the consultant's representative and P.M for inspection • Attend planning and coordination meetings • Prepare and transmit QA/QC submittals/reports • Promote job site safety and a clean and productive work environment

Job Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree• Overseas work experience *ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT • Experience on a Diplomatic or US Military post *ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil, building QA/QC • Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions• Must be dependable and trustworthy• Excellent time management• Great troubleshooting skills• Ability to accurately keep detailed records• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment• Ability to work under pressure in a highly productive and competitive environment• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and related spreadsheet and database software• Excellent written and verbal English language a necessity.This job description is not intended to represent a complete, comprehensive list of all duties andresponsibilities that may be required in this position.
