Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of construction activities.

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure that safety and quality standards are adhered to.
Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
Oversee the procurement of materials, tools, and equipment required for construction.
Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet project milestones and deadlines.
Review and approve contractor work, ensuring compliance with contract terms and specifications.
Provide technical expertise and problem-solving solutions during the construction process.
Review and approve construction documentation, including reports, permits, and project plans.
Prepare and maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, progress reports, and cost tracking.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential delays or budget overruns.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in construction management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management principles, and industry standards.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar tools).
Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to resolve conflicts and make critical decisions under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and construction site management.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
