Meeting with new customer project and gather all the data and information
Exchange details with the customers. Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
Designing and perspective the project. Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the manager
Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget
Assess potential risks, materials and costs
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and managers
Handle over the resulting structures and services for use

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, civil engineering technology, or similar.
State-approved license.
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
At least 5 years experience as a construction engineer in the relevant field of specialization.
Advance proficiency in construction management software, such as BuildSmart and Smartsheet.
In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.
