Position: Commercial Coordinator

Job Description:

Position is responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities related to local purchasing, warehousing, inventory, scheduling deliveries to customers and from suppliers and communicating with manufacturers/suppliers to receive the material.
Liaise between the finance, sales and warehouse departments
Ability to use excel and has very good computer learning skills
Previous experience using Zoho Books and Inventory
Check inventory on monthly basis and tally up with the Zoho Inventory
Update inventory upon dispatch and receiving of material

Qualifications:

Degree in BCom
Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated significant experience providing confidential executive management support and planning
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal Competencies
Effective multitasking skills, efficient in handling multi- tasks given.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
Serviced oriented with an eye for details
Good team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team
Good presentation and influencing skills
Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
