The CMS Product Manager is responsible to ensure that the key
product proposition of Cash Management remains strong by working
closely with the CMS Product Management Lead, other product
managers and the Alliances team.

The role of the person will be to:

1.Ensure that the product propositions are relevant and strong for the
clients by working closely with the CMS Product team and with the
relevant channel heads.

1. Rollout templated solutions across the organization and track usage

of the product. Make relevant changes based on feedback received
from the various channels and from clients.

1. Work closely with the clients, internal technology, operations,

Compliance and other support teams to effectively launch new
products

1. Undertake process improvements to improve ease of doing business

and enhance customer experience

1. Draft work flows and BRDs, prepare use cases and undertake UAT

1. Rollout solutions for various industry segments based on the unique

requirements for each segment.

1. Provide on the ground product support to channel of the respective

segments and ensure that the solutions are rolled out quickly.

1. Track for initiation of transaction volumes and ensure all the

transaction volumes as originally envisaged are captured completely.

1. Ensure large scale proliferation of the solution to clients in each

vertical
7.Provide training to channel and sales executives on the ground on
CMS products
8.Regularly track client level and segment level revenue and account
balances and publish regular reports to all stakeholders.

1. Provide marketing collaterals in the form of standard client

presentations, brochures, offer letters etc.
