Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to manage and execute building construction projects, including residential apartments/flats, warehouses, and commercial building developments. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution from planning through completion while ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for building projects.
Manage residential apartment/flat, warehouse, and commercial building construction projects.
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project schedules.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within approved timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and local building codes.
Conduct site inspections, monitor workmanship, and resolve technical issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Verify contractor bills, material consumption, and project measurements.
Ensure timely procurement and efficient utilization of construction materials and resources.
Participate in project planning, scheduling, and handover activities.
