Key responsibilities
Civil Engineer with architectural understanding
Experience in residential & commercial construction
Strong in site execution, finishing, interiors & structural coordination
Able to read, review & coordinate architectural + structural drawings
Good project management & communication skills
Experience working independently on-site (expat role suitability)
Desired candidate profile
Civil Engineer (B.Tech/B.E./Diploma) with 5–15 years experience
Strong architectural understanding — ability to read, interpret & coordinate architectural and structural drawings
Proven experience in residential and commercial building projects
Hands-on expertise in site execution, finishing works, interiors, and quality control
Experience coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and MEP teams
Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, material planning, and project supervision
Ability to independently manage day-to-day site operations and ensure timely completion
Good communication skills and capable of working in an expatriate environment (Africa)
Stable work history; exposure to international/Gulf/Africa projects is an added advantage
Proficient in reviewing drawings, supervising labor, and ensuring architectural compliance
