Key responsibilities
Experience:
- 7+ years of technical support experience in IBM Mainframe z/OS and CICS/TS, CICSPLEX
family of products.
- In depth experience in installing, customizing, maintaining, trouble shooting and tuning
CICS/TS v5.3 or higher.
- Managing and maintaining multiple CICS regions in the development and production
environments.
- Good knowledge in Mainframe security concepts.
- z/OS Utilities knowledge.
- Experience in training junior staff.
- Installation, customization, and configuration of new releases of CICS/TS in Development
and Production environments.
- Maintenance, tuning and troubleshooting CICS/TS and CICSPLEX environments.
- Migration of the products between releases and versions.
- Day to day resource definitions.
- Setting up security management.
- Consultancy to developers and management staff.
Desired candidate profile
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent in written and spoken English.
- In depth knowledge in z/OS Mainframe & CICS/TS, CICSPLEX.
- Working experience with DB2 and MQ .
