Below is the highlight of key responsibilities:  Oversee day-to-day operations across terminals, bottling plants, logistics, and depots  Lead operational planning and execution to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets  Establish, implement, and enforce operational standards, SOPs, and performance metrics  Manage cross-regional teams and ensure alignment with strategic and financial goals  Monitor plant utilization, distribution efficiency, and service delivery  Champion regulatory and HSE compliance across all operational facilities  Work with the executive team to drive innovation, cost optimization, and scalability  Ensure infrastructure and assets are maintained for long-term performance  Mentor and develop operational leadership talent and ensure accountability at all levels

The Person  The ideal candidate must have minimum of 15 years’ experience in operations management within LPG or downstream oil & gas sector out of which must be 5 years in a senior/executive operational leadership role overseeing multi-site functions  The candidate should be a holder of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)  Must have strong understanding of plant operations, supply chain, HSE, and maintenance management  Excellent leadership, strategic execution, and cross-functional coordination skills  The candidate must have proven track record in managing budgets, reducing operational risks, and scaling operations 
