Below is the highlight of key responsibilities:  Provide strategic leadership for all infrastructure development projects (terminals, depots, bottling plants)  Oversee engineering design, construction, and commissioning of new facilities across the country  Manage end-to-end supply chain functions including procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships  Direct the planning and optimization of logistics and nationwide product distribution Ensure compliance with safety, engineering, environmental, and regulatory requirements  Lead fleet operations, warehousing, and last-mile delivery efficiency  Develop and implement policies and systems for scalable and cost-effective supply chain management  Work closely with commercial, finance, and operations teams to support business growth and continuity  Build and lead high-performing engineering, supply chain, and logistics teams

Minimum of 15 years’ experience in infrastructure project management, supply chain, and logistics leadership within oil & gas, energy, or industrial environments  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related technical field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)  Proven success in managing large-scale infrastructure projects and national distribution networks  In-depth knowledge of terminal operations, engineering standards, and regulatory compliance  Strong leadership, project execution, vendor management, and budgeting skills  Experience working with regulatory bodies and government agencies  Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership capability 
