3. Responsible for ensuring integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial data.
4. Supervising filing of statutory returns to regulatory authorities
5. Reviewing / preparing management and financial reports for the Group /company and tax computations

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive the company’s financial planning
2. Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
3. Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
4. Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
5. Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
6. Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
7. Manage vendor relationships
8. Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
9. Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
10. Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
11. Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.

Qualification and Experience

1. Masters or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance
2. Member of professional accounting body such as CIMA / ACCA

1. Over 10 to 15 years of work experience with at least 5 years at head of department (senior management)

level in the banking sector.

1. In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
2. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
3. Proficient in the use of financial management software (e.g. SAP)
4. Ability to strategize and solve problems
5. Strong leadership and organizational skills
6. Excellent communication and people skills
7. An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
8. Strong Credit Risk Management and Lending background and experience
