Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in the FMCG industry to lead our financial operations. The CFO will be responsible for managing the company's overall financial health, driving profitability, overseeing compliance, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of FMCG dynamics, supply chain costing, working capital optimization, and volume-driven business models.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization (e.g., business growth, capital investments, cost control).

Monitor and drive key financial metrics such as margins, working capital, and ROI.

Manage P&L and ensure the integrity of financial systems and reporting.

Support business expansion, new product introductions, and pricing strategy with financial insight.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Marketing teams to align financial goals with operational execution.

Ensure compliance with local, statutory, and international financial regulations and reporting standards.

Drive automation and implementation of ERP/financial systems where needed.

Liaise with external auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.

Present financial results and strategic recommendations to the Board/CEO.

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent; MBA in Finance is a plus.

10–15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, with significant exposure in the FMCG sector.

Strong command of FMCG business drivers including inventory management, trade promotions, and distribution models.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo).

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and lead cross-functional teams.
