DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Driving monetization opportunities in the Pay TV business.
● Responsible for Subscriber P&L, top line revenue, data science led customer lifecycle
management.
● Driving Akash Connected TV and potential App based TV service/OTT platform.
● Responsible for business deliverables of top-line revenue, profitability and market share growth.
● Any other responsibilities provided by supervisor.

● Business leader with proven track record in leading and implementing high-impact strategic
initiatives.
● Worked across consumer marketing, sales, product & business development, category & channel
management in the telecom, OTT and Pay TV industries.
● Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
● Knowledge of state and local broadcasting and telecommunication regulations.
● Employee development and performance management skills.
● Knowledge of budget preparation, cost estimating, monitoring, and fiscal management principles,
and procedures.
QUALIFICATION STANDARD
Education:
● Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university or institutions.
Language proficiency:
● Sound Proficiency in English language and Bangla are preferred.
