RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying vectors of company’s development along with MD;
• Execution of agreed projects with current staff as well with outsource;
• Arranging APIs CDMO at Indian facilities from scratch:

o Identify proper manufacturing facility;
o Technology development;
o Upscaling to commercial manufacturing;
o Regulation support;

• Getting Access to new markets all over the world;
• Developing Nutraceutical and Vitamins project with further registration all over the

world;

• Developing Formulation CDMO division within the company;
• Investing in existing manufacturing companies;
• Managing sales expertise along with sales dept to different markets: non-regulated,

semi-regulated, and fully regulated

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Pharma above 10 years, minimum 5 years at managerial position;
• Vast knowledge of market, connections with different partners;
• Experience in Contract manufacturing processes for APIs;
• Very proactive, hardworking person with excellent problem-solving skills;
• Full report to MD;
