About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and energetic CBE Associate who believes that every child deserves
access to quality learning opportunities. The role involves working closely with government schools,
teachers, school leaders, and education officials to support the implementation of Competency-Based
Education (CBE) programs.
The ideal candidate should enjoy working in the field, interacting with educators, and helping schools
improve teaching-learning practices. This role is a combination of program implementation, teacher
support, school engagement, and monitoring of student learning outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing
Supporting Schools
● Regularly visit assigned schools and build strong working relationships with Headmasters and
teachers.
● Ensure all planned CBE activities are implemented smoothly and on time.
● Help schools understand and adopt competency-based learning approaches.
● Identify challenges faced by schools and work with the program team to resolve them.
Working with Teachers
● Conduct teacher training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs.
● Support teachers in planning and delivering competency-based classroom activities.
● Observe classroom practices and provide constructive feedback.
● Encourage teachers to use child-centric and activity-based learning methods.
Monitoring Student Learning
● Support the administration of assessments and learning evaluations.
● Track student progress against defined competencies.
● Collect and maintain learning data and evidence from schools.
● Help identify areas where additional academic support may be required.
Documentation & Reporting
● Prepare school visit reports and training reports.

● Maintain school-wise trackers and implementation records.
● Document success stories, best practices, and key learnings from the field.
● Share regular updates with the Program Manager and leadership team.
Stakeholder Coordination
● Coordinate with government education officials whenever required.
● Support partner visits, review meetings, and project-related events.
● Work closely with internal teams such as STEM, Communications, Partnerships, and Operations
to ensure smooth project delivery.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field.
• B.Ed. will be an added advantage.
• 0–3 years of experience in education, NGO, CSR, or development sector projects.
• Freshers with a genuine interest in education and community development are welcome to

apply.

Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting training sessions and speaking to groups.
• Good planning and organizational abilities.
• Ability to build trust and relationships with teachers and school leaders.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel extensively to schools and project locations.
• High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving attitude.

What Success Looks Like
A successful CBE Associate will be someone who can build strong relationships with schools, support
teachers effectively, ensure smooth program implementation, and contribute towards improving student
learning outcomes. The person should be able to work independently in the field while maintaining
high-quality documentation and reporting standards.
