Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on Rieter Blow Room & card carding machines.
- Set up and adjust carding machines according to production requirements and yarn quality standards.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain card clothing, flats, rollers, and other critical machine components.
- Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure consistent sliver quality by maintaining proper machine settings.
- Maintain maintenance records, machine history, and spare parts usage.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in installing, commissioning, and upgrading carding machinery.
- Train team for routine maintenance practices.
