Key responsibilities
Set up Canning and Packaging Lines (Scales, Cans, Metal Detectors, Case Erector, Gluers, Tapers, Conveyors, etc.) to effectively run production of Can Plant.
Should know to manage Krones Can filling machine
Take Net Weights and record findings.
Adjust scales to deliver the correct can weight.
Perform loader and unloader Changeovers in a timely manner.
Ensure proper packaging materials are being used for each variety.
Perform duties in a Food Safe Manner.
Other duties as assigned
Desired candidate profile
7-10 years experience in KRONES Can Filling Line
Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes and quality control
Skilled in handling, installing and positioning cans
Skilled in sealing seamed cans with the help of machines
Ability to troubleshoot the machine
Knowledge of relevant tools and equipment
