Key Responsibilities:
Personalized Guest Service:
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, personalized welcome. Offer a seamless experience tailored to individual preferences, including handling special requests, reservations, and activities.

Room and Suite Management:
Ensure all suites and rooms are impeccably prepared, including personalized room amenities, arranging luggage, and overseeing the maintenance of guest areas to reflect luxury standards.

Butler Services:
Offer valet service, unpacking and packing, garment care, and shoe polishing. Prepare and serve meals, drinks, and refreshments in the guest’s room or suite as required.

Concierge Support:
Arrange transportation, restaurant bookings, event tickets, spa appointments, and personalized experiences. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.

Attention to Detail:
Maintain meticulous records of guest preferences, dietary restrictions, and special occasions, ensuring personalized experiences during repeat visits.

Discreet and Confidential Service:
Handle all guest interactions with utmost discretion, maintaining privacy and confidentiality at all times. Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries and concerns.

Problem Resolution:
Address any guest issues or complaints swiftly and professionally, going above and beyond to resolve matters and ensure guest satisfaction.

Coordination with Hotel Teams:
Work closely with housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk teams to ensure seamless and coordinated guest experiences.

Requirements:
Experience: 5+years of experience as a Butler, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury property.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of fine dining, wines, and spirits.
Proficiency in a second language is highly desirable.
