Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
 Experience: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the printing, paper,
and packaging industry, including experience with scholastics, office stationery,
general printing, and security printing of 5-7 years. Have good working knowledge and
technical understanding of the back end of the business.

Work Environment:
o This role is typically based in the factory or manufacturing facility.
o May require occasional travel to meet with clients, suppliers, or other
stakeholders.
o Involves working in a production environment, which may include exposure to
machinery and manufacturing processes.
o Should have worked in Africa
